We want you to love your Kopari glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on all products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized mail location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
